The debut of POW is getting closer. Grid Entertainment will debut its first boy group, Pow, next month. This rookie K-pop agency, established just a few months ago, announced since its inception plans to debut a new boy group in the second half of the year.
On July 31, the agency began promoting its first group, Pow, under the slogan Creating Culture Everyday. Introducing also the members of the group: Yorch, Hyunbin, Jungbin, Dongyeon, and Hong. During August’s first and second half, they posted some dance covers on their social networks. And finally, on August 27, they began to give information about the debut of POW and the members.
It should be noted that among the members are Yorch and Dongyeon. The first was an actor during his childhood in his native Thailand. But he was also a trainee at HYBE Labels and was part of traineeA, a HYBE male band that never made its debut. The second competed in the SBS survival program, Loud, and was eliminated in the seventh round. And while the rest of the members aren’t as well known yet, they will bring their incredible talent to the band, and we’re looking forward to seeing what Pow has to offer.
In terms of music, Pow will release Favorite, a pre-debut single, on September 13 at 12 a.m. (KST). And it will be on October 11th when they will release their first EP.
